First of all, please remember that every single item in this shop is entirely handmade and hand-painted. This means that small variations or tiny imperfections are not defects, but the actual proof of authentic craftsmanship and unique art. You are buying a one-of-a-kind piece, not a mass-produced object.

Regarding payments and shipping, all prices are clearly listed and processed securely through the platform before we ship. We always dispatch your orders within 5 business days with full tracking. However, please keep in mind that if your country applies any customs duties or import taxes for international shipping, those will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Finally, as stated in our refund policy, all sales are final. Since our products require a lot of time and hard work to be created, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the item arrives broken, provided that you document the damage right when opening the package and contact us within 2 days of delivery.
